Born in 1978 and raised in the northern suburbs of Marseille, Christian Nka took up boxing at the age of 17 on the advice of a teacher to channel his violence.

He discovered the "noble art" and quickly established himself in regional and national amateur boxing competitions in almost every style.

A boxer, educator, mediator, resistance fighter and survivor, Christian Nka is also a poet, affirming a singular vision of the world through words.
